Tap Into Your Home’s Equity for Life’s Big Moments

Features of a Tyndall HELOC

Make Home Improvements

Fund renovations, repairs, or upgrades! You can draw funds as needed for each stage of your project—whether it’s remodeling a kitchen, adding a bathroom, or replacing a roof—and only pay interest on the amount you use. This flexibility makes a HELOC a cost-effective way to increase your home’s value while improving your living space.

Big-Ticket Expenses

A HELOC can help cover major expenses like medical bills, debt consolidation, or a dream vacation. You can borrow only what you need, when you need it, and repay over time—often at lower interest rates than credit cards or personal loans!

Only Pay for What You Use

With a HELOC, you only pay interest on the funds you actually use. You can borrow up to the maximum loanable equity in your home with No Closing Costs* and low monthly payments. There is a flexible spending line with a 10-year draw period and 10-year repayment period or a 5-year draw period and 15-year repayment period.*

Easily Transfer to Your Account

The money is yours to use however you need—whether for debt consolidation, a swimming pool, or unexpected expenses. Accessing your funds is fast and convenient: transfer money instantly to your Checking or Savings Account through Online or Mobile Banking.
